Crystal healing involves using gemstones that have a stable and unchanging energy pattern. Each crystal has a unique vibrational resonance which is derived from its mineral content, shape, and the color frequency it emits. The energy of the crystal can have powerful effects on the energy vibrations within a person. Similarly, each tuning fork is designed to vibrate at a specific frequency, measured in Hertz (Hz), which is the number of vibrations per second. This sympathetic vibration helps to clear energetic stagnation, release tension, and bring the body’s natural energy flow back into a state of balance.
As a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master, I incorporate Reiki techniques to promote optimal energy healing.
Regular energy field alignment and maintenance is an essential part of my self-care. Every morning, I drink crystal elixir; every week and as needed, I attune my auric vibration using tuning forks; every new moon, I reset my auric energy field using crystals; every month, I participate in Reiki exchange; and every six weeks, I receive essential oil and acupuncture treatment, just like I get my hair done every five weeks. On full moon, I often perform a releasing ritual using a chakra board as a full moon provides a powerful, high-energy time to release negative emotions, stagnant energy, and old patterns.
I find that using a chakra board and a pendulum is an effective way to conduct energy attunement on myself, someone at a distance, as well as on animals.
This fifty-minute to one-hour session combines Hibiscus Moon certified crystal healing techniques and Love & Light Advanced Crystal Healing techniques to remove energy blockages, promote balance, facilitate harmony, and enhance well-being by re-aligning the body’s energy centers and tuning energy frequencies. Benefits of regular chakra balancing can include improved physical health, emotional stability, mental clarity, increased energy, and spiritual growth. A variety of crystals associated with each chakra color are used for this session, including garnet, carnelian, citrine, emerald, amazonite, iolite, amethyst, and more. I do not use heat-treated crystals, except aura quartz.

Ancestral Karma Clearing Layout – to clear energetic baggage and karma passed down through your ancestral line after a chakra balancing. This layout utilizes fossils, which are known for their connection to ancestors. Past Life & Karmic Healing Layout – to facilitate connection with your spirit guides, guardian angels, higher self, and supreme divine consciousness to ask information pertaining to your past lives. Red jasper and Faden quartz are used for this layout and guided meditation.
This one-hour and a half aura alignment session, enhanced with Reiki healing techniques offers two types of special crystal layouts after a chakra balancing. Protection & Grounding Layout – to restore balance and ground our own EMF. This crystal healing session is particularly effective during the new moon. Feel energy and be open to messages from Mother Earth. Black tourmaline, smokey quartz, and black onyx are used to this ritual. Transmuting Shield Layout – to strengthen your electromagnetic field and optimizes transmuting abilities. It is not recommended for those looking to relax. It is perfect for lightworkers. Hematite, pyrite, and clear quartz are used for this ritual.
